Containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other Feedback that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of a third person.
Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
Violating the privacy of any third person.
False information and features.

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Feedback is appropriate and complies with these Terms, refuse or remove this Feedback. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable reviews. As the Company cannot control all Feedback/Review posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, You agree to use the Service at Your own risk. You understand that by using the Service You may be exposed to Feedback/review that You may find offensive, indecent, incorrect or objectionable, and You agree that under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any Feedback, including any errors or omissions in any review.

Feedback/Reviews Backups

Although regular backups of Feedback/Review/Assessment are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Feedback/Review/Assessment that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.

The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Feedback/Review/Assessment, but You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Feedback/Review/Assessment or the failure to successfully restore Feedback/Review/Assessment to a usable state.

Intellectual Property Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Feedback/Review/Assessment posted on the Service infringes upon a copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person.

Placing Orders for Products

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your wallet details, Your UPI details however necessary for the Company to fetch your payment from any mode limited to which has been applied and allowed by the Company in your country.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.

Order Cancellation

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Our Company's compliances do not include an order cancellation right because once the product has been delivered from our end it cannot be retrieved since we cannot make sure that the weightage of the cognizance used maybe copied or distributed at any way. Any delays caused by these issue may impact our service delivery.

Taxation

All payments made to and by the Company shall be subject to applicable taxes as per the prevailing laws of the jurisdiction in which the transaction occurs. You are responsible to ensure compliance with all tax obligations arising from the transactions with the Company.

Promotions

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.

Please be informed that Termination does not entitle You to a refund. If You choose to terminate, it will be at Your own discretion and the Company will not be liable for any refunds.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Referral code

Referral code has been designed to make sure users to attract users and the reward has been agreed upon by the Company and it is subjective to change when the company feels that the right number of users has already been fetched by our other rewarding services. However, as every other notification this will also be notified prior to the change through our contact medium whichever the Company agrees to communicate with its users.

Any Perplexion/confusion which may cause regarding Referral code program You may feel free to contact our nearest Branch Executive to explicitly clear all Your confusions.

Rewards and Payouts

The Company holds the sole responsibility to the promised rewards to its users however the Company holds all the rights reserved in order to change/modify/rectify of all sorts of rewards to its users with the prior notice or notification through any medium possible.

Once the payout has been successfully initiated, it cannot be retrieved from Our end. It is the user’s sole responsibility to furnish the accurate information with Us.
All the transactions with the Company will be fixed and there won’t be any changes unless and until it has been officially notified with You through our contact medium.
Although the Company has its own rewards/Payouts to offer its users, users are obliged to provide Us with the required information that are necessary for Us to provide Our uninterrupted services.
Since We rely upon the day-to-day information/feedback/reviews from our users We urge them to involve themselves in Our program as a daily routine.
All the payouts shall be directly processed from the Company's account and not the other way around on an unavoidable situation it can be done through its reputed employees/Representative which will be notified with you when that occurs.
Public holidays that occur during the transaction cycle may affect Your transaction/reward delivery from Our partners end, however the Company cannot halt its operations because of such events. So, the public holidays may not be taken into account for Your transaction, yet it will be taken into account for Our program.
Some banks or other financial institutions evaluation may not be suitable/technical enough to match Our websites technical integration in such case users can opt out to some other bank accounts with the same KYC provided.
Faking payment confirmation order is a serious crime and will be subjected to legal matters as per corporate law of the concern governing law.
Once the transaction is successful from the Company's end and the transaction ID or any other mode of transaction number which will be generated by the third-party service provider and the Bank has been generated then the payment should be followed up only by the respective banks or to the other third-party service provider which You have accepted. The Company holds no responsibility for such matter as it has no control over the transaction once the transaction ID has been issued.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 10 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
